To initiate the application process for our rent-to-own services, please furnish digital copies of the following documents:

1. Valid driver’s license.
2. Passport.
3. Proof of address

Yes. We do not conduct traditional credit checks, so many customers with limited or poor credit history are still able to access our plans.

No. We welcome Australian citizens, permanent residents, temporary visa holders, and international students. Our rent-to-own and rental plans are available to a wide range of customers regardless of visa status.

Our plans are designed to make getting a car simple. Deposits start from $1,500 for used vehicles and $2,000 for brand-new vehicles, and the amount you pay goes toward the total cost of your car. 

Most vehicles are available by the next business day once the booking is confirmed.

If the selected vehicle is temporarily out of stock, there may be a a waiting period. During this time, customers with confirmed bookings can use a discounted rental vehicle until their car arrives.

There is no weekly limit on mileage. However, a surcharge of $0.10 per kilometre will apply if the vehicle exceeds 1,000 kilometres. This surcharge is only applicable if the vehicle is returned. 

The minimum contract period is 26 weeks from the commencement date. Termination is permitted only after the initial 26 weeks, with a required notice period of 2 weeks.

Yes, you may travel out of state for holidays, provided you notify the company in advance via message. However, permanently relocating outside of NSW will void your contract and may result in penalties.

Yes. At Shad Rentals we value flexibility and convenience. If you wish to complete your agreement earlier, you can pay off the remaining balance at any time during your contract.

Customers who choose to pay out their vehicle early may also receive an early payout discount, helping reduce the remaining balance and allowing them to own the car sooner.

Customers who choose to complete their agreement early receive a $68 per week discount on the remaining weeks of the contract, helping reduce the total balance and allowing them to own the car sooner.

We are committed to helping our customers achieve their goal of owning their dream car. However, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, prompting the need to return the vehicle earlier than anticipated. Therefore, we do provide this option after you've fulfilled the minimum 26-week period. A two weeks' notice is required, and a break-out fee may apply.
